This is the software update v55.13.25 for the AT&T Motorola ATRIX™ 2. This update provides enhancements for better entertainment experience, greater device security and improved operational system performance.
This upgrade can only be downloaded over a Wi-Fi network. If the device loses Wi-Fi coverage, the download will resume once the device gets a Wi-Fi connection again.
Instructions for Installing Software
For a successful installation, we recommend installing this upgrade while the battery in your phone is at least 50% charged. Make sure you have an active SIM card installed in your phone.
If you have received a notification message for this upgrade:
Ensure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network
Select "Download"
After the software is downloaded, select "Install now"
After the software is installed, your phone will re-start automatically
Your phone is now upgraded with v55.13.25 software
If you have not received a notification message for this upgrade:
Select the Settings icon in the main menu
Select "About phone"
Select "System updates"
A message will display the availability of an update
Ensure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network
Select "Download"
After the software is downloaded, select "Install"
After the software is installed, your phone will re-start automatically
Your phone is now upgraded with v55.13.25 software
